Wow this is getting really ridiculous after 6 months 14 days, did a service request on wife i130 4/20 , response back saying pending adjudication, did service request on step child i130 , 4/22 response back saying case is under review by a officer , seem to be all lies. got a text and email to day saying both cases got transfer, when you check NSC processing time, it dont even show they do i130 for U.S citizen filing for spouse parent or child under 21 anymore, dont have a clue whats going on, any body else from OCT22 - MAY 6, got transfer from NSC ?

I have been waiting over 9 months in Nebraska. They are seriously backlogged and while most people fly through there in 5-7 months, some others don't.

I wish you a speedy approval on your cases now that you learned they have been transferred. That is usually the case.

They still do I-130s but if they do not list them it means they are trying to get them approved within 6 months, I was at Nebraska exactly six months, did it get transferred to another service center ? Just keep calling that's all your able to do . I haven't heard of them transferring cases that's not been normal for them .
