Hello everyone. Our case number and invoice identification number were issued last May 1, 2015 but eversince, we couldn't log in to ceac website. ??? The error says that the case number and IIN entered doesn't match our records. We called up many times to ask a representative from NVC and got various replies. One said to call again on friday, another one said to wait for at least a week, or email NVC the screenshot of the error that appears. Now, I would like to ask you good people of VJ, if anyone has ever experienced this kind of problem and when was it resolved. Coz it seems like all the posts I've read here say that they can access and log in to ceac website right after receiving case number and IIN. Your inputs, thoughts and advices are greatly appreciated. Thanks!

Try logging in with this link.. Sometimes the link makes a difference. I had that issue too. https://ceac.state.gov/IV/Login.aspx

AOS Bill Paid: 2015-04-23

Submit AOS and IV packages: 2015-04-25

Scan dates for both packages: 2015-04-27

Ds-261 Reviewed over the phone: 2015-05-01 (9 days after submission)

IV Bill invoiced: 2015-05-04

IV Bill paid: 2015-05-08

AOS checklist received by NVC: 2015-06-19

IV Bill online paid again:: double payment but will get me through ds-260 ( email request for refund will be sent soon) 2015-06-21

IV Bill shows as paid: 2015-06-23

IV Application DS-260 FINALLY SUBMITTED: 2015-06-24

(I guess scan date is 2015-06-24)Hopefully, a shorter wait to case complete.

CASE COMPLETE !!! August 5th 2015

Interview date ***finally. November 10th, 2015

Interview Results: APPROVED! Less than 5 minutes. Glory to God.

Thanks @Chaneydic1333. I tried the link you gave me but it still shows the same error. ?? So anyway, you also experienced this before? How many days was it resolved? Did you bombard NVC with a lot of calls as well? We're really running low of patience here. ??
