I-130, question #21 (split topic)

Hi everyone. I hope all is with you.

I filed for the k1 visa last year, the I129 was approved but he got denied the fiance visa in his December interview. So I visited in December and we got married in January. I stayed for a month after the wedding. I am in the process of getting everything ready to file the I130. In regards to the question 21: If filing for your spouse, give address at which you lived together. I am not sure what to put for that. should I N/A? Should I say I lived with him for a month? I so want everything to go well this time especially I am a little over 3 months pregnant. I would love for him to be there for the birth or soon after the birth. Any help provided I will really appreciate.

**Moderator hat off**

Given your specific circumstance, you were only visiting there, not living there. Therefore, a proper answer for this question is "We have not yet lived together."

I agree with Ryan H. You can answer that you have not lived together--If you want to elaborate, you can mention that you live in the US and stayed on a long-month honeymoon in Haiti. Good luck!
