I think I've got it! I'm guessing that they've used the out-of-date I-129F - which is "acceptable until 02/18/07".

If my attempts at being psychic are right, and this is what the OP is asking... I have no idea... does the "acceptable until" date refer to the date you sign & date the form, the date it gets to the service center, the date they 'officially' receive it and send your NOA1.... or what? I'm guessing it should be okay, just about... but I'd have been inclined to use the new form rather than risk it - it doesn't take that long to fill out!
