Salam ,
The vaccinations they are asking for are the ones you get by the doctor with whome you have to have the appointment 2 weeks before the interview .
the ones we got at the hospitals when we were kids are not required , I went to my town hospital , gave them the month and year of my birth , then they found my Vaccinations record and they gave it to me , but at the doctors office he did not ask about it !
did you get the medical exam ?

during the medical examination the doctor will give three vaccinations.

The vaccinations will depend on what you have already had, age etc and season (flu vaccination may or may not be needed).
