Packet 3? Packet 4?

Why do I feel like I am missing something In the embassy info on this website it says:

Packet 3 Contains: Letter with a link (http://amsterdam.usconsulate.gov/iv_k1_pkt3.html) to the consulate website with all the forms. Also on that website you will find:
-Checklist, to be sent back when all requirements are met
-Vaccination requirements
-Photo instructions

Where and when am I suppose to get something that I send back for Packet 3? I have none of this?

Also this website says Packet 4..

I got an email from the NVC "Interview Letter (P4)" and has interview date and info like

From Amsterdam I got a reschedule interview letter along with new time/date and says (which is DONE)

What am I missing? I feel like I am missing something here.

It's a little while ago for me but if i'm correct with me everything was included in package 3 but i downloaded and printed the documents from the website. When you have everything ready you send in packet 3 to get packet 4 and packet 4 included a letter where to go for a medical and when the appointment date is. I know they changed something with the police report as well so hopefully someone else can fill you in a little better.

I already received the P4 letter from NVC with an interview date then an email from Amsterdam changing the date. Neither of which had anything to do with medical or vaccinations :s It did say to register at AIS US Visa site and confirm interview date, which is done.

There is no packet 3 for IR1/CR1.

If you read the link it says K1.

Thats good to know, thanks! Weren't they have suppose to sent me something in regards to medical or vaccinations? Where to go for medical? What vaccinations needed? All of which I got in other places online but assumed that would come from NVC with the interview date so i could confirm I got everything right.
