Hello and Happy Valentines Day! (L)

am new in the forum and I have some doubts:

1) I want to know if is better to fill the complete history address and employment information in the G325A or only indicate the las 5 years?

2) I have to send my package to Texas Office because I live in Memphis, TN, someone know about the timeline for this office, or I can send my package to another office?, what office is the faster one?

3) I arrived to USA in January an I have a job allready, but this short time can influence when I have to do the Affidavit Support for my fiance.

I think my case can be easy because I was living in Venezuela for long time and I knew my boyfriend since 1998 (9 years) and we have a relationship since them I just came to USA because I received a job offer and i want to bring him so we can get marry.

Thanks in advance for your help and support. :star:

I don't know about the rest, but as far as #2, I'm pretty certain that you have to send it to the service center that your state falls under. I don't know how to find out the timeline, I think someone else can answer that.

Hi!

It is better to send the USCIS what they ask for. If they only ask for 5 years - then give it to them.

I'm sorry but you have to send your package to Texas. We cannot choose which service center we deal with. As of now, all cases receieved by Texas and Nebraska are being forwarded to California, so there are only 2 service centers that deal with K1s.

CSC was not too bad for us (we were approved in 72 days) and we first sent our case to Texas as well (I live in Florida).

Buena suerte.

Are you a US Citizen?

8-30-05 Met David at a restaurant in Germany

3-28-06 David 'officially' proposed

4-26-06 I-129F mailed

9-25-06 Interview: APPROVED!

10-16-06 Flt to US, POE Detroit

11-5-06 Married

7-2-07 Green card received

9-12-08 Filed for divorce

12-5-08 Court hearing - divorce final

A great marriage is not when the "perfect couple" comes together.

It is when an imperfect couple learns to enjoy their differences.

1. Just the last 5 years

2. Nope you cant choose where the package gets sent. It goes to the service center that covers your state.

3. Are you a citizen? or are you here on a visa? K1 process is only for those people who are citizens. If you here on an immigration visa, I think all you can do is get married and try to petition to bring a family member over. Since your not a citizen, a waiting list is involved. If your here on a work visa, I don't know what you can do.
