See you make it sound like your uncle (one of your parent's siblings) married your wife's aunt (one of her parent's siblings.)

So like my photo???

just wanted to leave a little update, I talked to an imitation lawyer which I sent the letter I got at the embassy to and he told me that I should start applying for things or leasing things under both my wife and I name, he said that the nvc will now ask for proof of bona-fide marriage

and that is what they are gonna be looking for, do u guys think this case is already hopeless or should I keep trying. gonna be a year since the interview on July 31...

and yes that's how it is like your photo dipicts my uncle (my father's brother) married my wife's aunt (her father's sister)

Keep trying, don't give up. Do as the immigration attorney informed you, take out a bank account under both names, if either of you have properties add each other. Just do as much to show them you are a real marriage.

Okay she's your cousin's cousin and thusly is not actually related to you. You do not share any DNA. Maybe nake this fact known

A DNA test will be more than enough proof to show you two have no family ties. If i was you, I would start looking into this. Maybe a simple test as a DNA test will solve all of this.

just in case I'll do it too, the thing is they probably just said that to scare me, I don't know I feel like someone called the embassy and lied about out case so they won't approve us, because I had tons of proof they didn't even ask for it

I am, because at least it's something, I wonder what their descision will be and what I should start getting ready, I want to be ready as soon as that letter arrives

I have been told that you can appeal the decision the consulate made at the point of interview once the case is back with USCIS. You can have a lawyer write an appeal letter stating the reason why for the appeal and then submit all evidence you have supporting it.
