Haven't gotten my case number

I have log on the website I can't find the form DS 261 where I will choose my agent. Below is what is summarised on the page.

Then, each applicant accompanying the principal applicant to the United States will need to complete the online IV Application (form DS-260). Do you have an attorney? if so, he/she was assigned as the agent and you don't need to complete the DS-261. Just go ahead and pay the AOS fee.

Please I still want to get something clear here, an attorney only filed the i 130 form for us ,now that our form has been approved and a case no and IIN has been given to us , does it mean that thesame attorney has been automatically choose. As our agent? Please somebody help me out so I could go ahead to make my payment for the two invoice. Thanks God bless this forum.

From what you have said in this thread I believe you are confusing the legal attorney that you hired to file your I-130 with the agent that you need to assign to receive communication about your case from the NVC. If an attorney filed a G-28 along with the I-130, they are automatically designated at the "agent" when the NVC starts working on the file which negates the need for a DS-261.
