joint sponsor

Hi everyone,

My sister is going to be my fiance's joint sponsor and she makes $29,120 a year. She is married and has a different last name than me. However, she lives in the same household as me but doesn't have any dependants and is not dependant on anyone. So I was wondering if living in a household of 5 people affects her being able to be our sponsor?

also do we both fill out the I 134 forms?

hi

living in the same house doesn't mean that they are part of her household size

if they don't have children or dependents then her household size would be 3, herself, her husband and your fiance
