AOS package supporting documents: signatures and translations question?

Dear Friends,

We are almost done finishing our AOS package. I would like some clarity on a couple things, please:

I have a question about signatures: do we need to sign EVERY attachment in our package including birth certificates and passport copies? Or is that overkill? From what I understand, we need to sign pretty much everything but I want to be sure. Also, do I (the petitioner) and my husband (the beneficiary) have to sign every single attachment together as a couple, or only documents that relate to us individually? For example, would I sign on his birth certificate copy that we are adding to our package even though this is not my own document?

Also, We have a couple of translations that have been done by my husband, the beneficiary. For example, we have a copy of his passport biographics , and he has a translation for what the passport says. Can we write the translation he made right ON the paper copy we made of his passport biographic and write the translation right under the image we copied, or do we need to type up a separate piece of paper of his translation and attach it to the paper copy of his biographics?

Hope this makes sense, and as always, a big thank you!!! :D

No need to sign every supporting document.

Does not matter if you do translations on the same page or a separate one. You just need to include the certification by the person that translates it > http://www.visajourney.com/content/translations

~ Moved from AOS from Family Based Visas to AOS from Work, Student & Tourist Visas - AOS from VWP(tourist)~
