Hi! Done with Sputum Test (I had Pneumothorax). Anyway, St. Luke's people said I should go back on the 21st for my vaccination. Can I reschedule my interview on the 24th? I'm from Iloilo and I'd like everything done this time. Any thoughts?

Contact USEM to re-scheduled your interview date. SLEC doesn't appear to get involved with scheduling, which seems ok as people can choose the best available USEM date that suits them after their 60 day negative sputum or DOT.

Contact Telephone Numbers

USEM call center numbers are for general inquiries and scheduling appointments only (K visa information and interview appointments are handled by the Immigrant Visa Unit). NO TELEPHONE inquiries on an applicant’s case will be entertained. All case-specific inquiries must be in writing. The call center is accessible from Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m., Manila time, except US and Philippine holidays.

Note: If you're calling from a landline, or you're outside Metro Manila, dial 02. Within metro Manila just dial the 7 digit number. If you're calling from a cell phone either 02 then the number or +632 then the number. From the US use (214) 571-1600 or (703) 520-2235, from 8:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m. (Eastern Standard Time).

Timeline

Has anyone tried to reschedule their interview via website? Do I choose the dates or do they automatically give me the lastest date? Thanks!

You choose the date when scheduling online.
