When did she send her passport? Do they still have it or did they give it back without a visa? Are you putting your case number on the records so they can match them with your case?

I would think that if the embassy kept the passport, that should be a good sign, right? Maybe they are ready to print the visa? Is your evidence in English? Maybe you need to translate it into English?

One thing I may suggest to you is for you to write a statement, just like a letter, that you are wanting to marry her. This may reconfirm your intentions and your relationship to the officer. Make sure you sign it too. You may want to mention cultural limitations prevent you from providing evidence that would be (then I don't know, maybe make something up - because it doesn't sound like they are being clear on what you are not providing.) Put in the letter some plans of you and her for your future and what qualities about her admire.

Please post what happens because we may be having our interview soon too, and we are trying to make sure we get as much information for the Kabul embassy interviews for K-1 visa as well. I really hope that someone with more experience can give you better advice!

how many time did u guys met? And how long u've spent time together?

In my experience:

I hv met my fiance 3 times, each time for 1-2 months.

Evidence of relationship was photos of engagement with date stamp, and emails of our future plan on getting married.

They didn't asked the chat record, when they asked me to show them the evidence of relationship, they were just looking at the photos.

They didn't bother the emails I attached.

Maybe they need to see on going chat whether about wedding and future plan to see if you guys really serious in getting married.

That just my guess.

I understand. My suggestion, maybe u can write an explaination letter say that ur conversation mostly done by talking on skype/ Viber call not a chat.

It always says date and time of your call after u end up the conv. Take photo of it's window on d screen everytime U do Skype / viber call, print it out and attach to the explaination letter.

That's what they wanna see also, how often u guys talk to each other, is it constantly or not.

Mark the date and time with underline..

Hope it helps, and good luck! Send u prayers :)
