I submitted my K-1 petition almost a month ago. I have been checking the uscis website for updates but have gotten nothing. I checked it after I recieved my NOA-1 and it said that my case was recieved. Now, when I go to the website and enter my receipt number it says " At this time USCIS cannot provide you with information for your case. Please contact the NCSC 1 (800) 375-5283 for additional information." So I called the number and it said they cannot provide me with information either. Is anyone else having this problem?

I agree with calling and asking to speak with a tier 2. I will just throw this out there - don't get too hopeful, however...

USCIS is currently workload balancing between TSC and CSC. This began about a week or two ago. It's possible your petition is in the middle of a transfer and they cannot provide a status because it's in the middle of that process. This is a shot in the dark, but it could be one explanation.
