Did you get a refusal notice or a request for evidence notice (RFE)? they are different things. If they are asking for additional evidence, then it doesn't sound like a refusal. Your PD is May 2014 -

Ya abg, I got case number on 05/05 and also got my NVC welcome letter but still same error message... so i will call them again on Monday.. Lets figure it out...

I just got email confirmation of payment of AOS. It still shows Not Paid and I still did not got IV invoice nor DS260 access.

Call nvc they will send you the invoice by email

Same situation Arrow no updates at all. Don't know what to do now.

They said call them and they will provide case specific representative for ds 260

I just recrived the IV invoice through email this morning (Finally). I don't know what to do. Should I send the invoice by mail like AOS or wait to pay from i ternet since I see only the AOS on internet. Any idea?

With my experience what I had paying the AOS & IV fee by MAIL I recommend not to do it, even though if it takes while to get updated on the NVC site I would pay through online only.

The Mail payment process is worst and I wouldn't recommend at all.

i just received the IV invoice too this morning don't know if i should wait for the system.
