Any fee after visa approval

Recently my mother got her immigrant visa. I was wondering do I need to pay any fee now for green card processing or something?

I am on the same boat. My mom just got approved yesterday and was told to wait for her passport to be dellivered. I was expecting that they'd give her a slip of paper showing details on how to pay for her IV fee but she got nothing. I read on the USCIS website that they recommend paying the IV fee before they fly to the US to avoid delays on their green card processing, and that is what I am planning to do. They did mention that they will receive an IV packet from the Embassy, so where is it?

By this time I (the petitioner) also has changed the address. How do I update the address at this stage so that my mother can get the green card at my current address?
