Hey everyone!

We finally got our NOA2 on March 2nd and its finally at nvc and hopefully on its way to the Vancouver consulate soon! Anyone know when they are scheduling interviews in vancouver??

My fiance just scheduled his a few days ago and the first available wasn't until June 23 :(

It seemed like everything was moving so fast after TSC and now a 90 day wait for an interview is a complete bummer!

NVC Received : Not sure, but mailed to them 2-20-15

Date Case #, IIN, and BIN assigned : 3-3-15

NVC Left : Not sure but when I checked website on 3-10-15 it says "In Transit"

Consulate Received : 3-17-15

Packet 3 Received : 3-23-15

Packet 3 Sent : 3-26-15

Packet 4 Received : 3-27-15

Interview Date : 6-23-15

Interview Result : Visa Approved

what was the expiry date on your NOA 2? last week nvc said they received our application and when I called today they said they don't have it... :S so I am totally confused what is going on.. but its been a month since our noa 2!

Actually I didn't even think to look for that, but now that you mentioned it I went back and looked. It says valid from 2/12/15 to 6/11/15 so I guess I need to email Vancouver again and tell them my NOA2 will expire before 6/23!

Once the interview is booked this isnt really an issue. They can formally extend the NOA2 but I havent read of it being an issue.

I got this email response from them pretty quickly today. I guess it's nothing to worry about.

No worries. Petition validity will be automatically extended at the time of your interview.
