Can someone please give me some K2 advice? I'm about to schedule my medical and interview appointments in Canada and I'm trying to make sure I have all the correct documents. I will be entering the USA with my K1 and bring my 2 children with me. I have full legal approval from their father and full legal custody. can someone please tell me what exactly i need for the kids? Do they need criminal checks etc?

They are 15 and 13 years old.

8/10/2015 - Married

9/15/2015 - Mailed AOS packages

9/16/2015 - USPS Tracking confirms delivery

They are 15 and 13 years old.

You list both as to receive a K-2 on theh DS-160 online form. Each needs their own medical done and visa fees paid. If they will be joining you, then you can schedule their interviews along with yours.
