IV paper invoice

I just received an IV invoice attachment to my email if for some reason I can't pay online. But the invoice hasn't opened up for me to pay yet on NVC website, in other words the invoice hasn't been generated yet. Is this common practice to send the attachment before they have actually generated the invoice? And if so anyone with an idea how long I will be looking at before I am able to pay. Thanks all.

I have experienced same thing few days back. Just wait for hour n so, and login again.. it should be fine.

oh you meant invoice of IV. i thought you are asking about how long it took for me to open up for me after nvc invoice email... After aos fee, it took nearly a month for IV invoice. And even after iv invoice email, it took 30 to 45 mins more as it was not showing up in a website ...

Two hours and there hasn't been any change online. I am calling them tonight before they close if nothing will have popped up.
