interview date letter and instruccions HELP

so we are excited got an interview date, went to sign on to get our ASC appt set on the indicated website, now it reads your visa case number you provided is not ready to schedule an appointment????????????

BUT WE ALREADY GOT THE LETTER, with date, place and time!!!!!!!!

WHAT DOES THIS MEAN??????????

I believe its because you have tired to sign up to soon. You just got the date. and you are too far out to get on the system. Coe to the interview thread may from Mexico like you and mingle.

Hi, the same thing happened to us, I called and the man on the phone explained to me that you cant schedule your fingerprint appt to much ahead of time, for you need to schedule it like a month ahead only, because they are soo busy they only do like a month at a time, but dont worry, they work so fast there that you are assured to get an appt, they take in a group about every 10 minutes and you will be out in about 10 min, thats how my husbands was last week.
