I am in the process of completing the AOS for my husband, who came to the US on a K-1 Fiance Visa 60 days ago. I have noticed at the top right hand corner of the I-864 form, it indicates that it expires 3/31/2015. However, this is the only version available on the USCIS website. Since we are submitting the I-485 Packet on 4/1/2015, I am a bit concerned that this will be rejected. Does anyone know if this will cause a problem? post-194137-0-33499300-1427419890_thumb.png

The most recent is the one you find for download on the USCIS site.

The OMB(Office of Management and Budget) expiration date only matters internally for the USCIS. That expiration date has nothing to do with whether or not it will be acceptable for you to use. The edition date is what matters. It can be found at the bottom left of each page of the form. The accepted edition dates for the forms are listed on the site where the forms can be found and downloaded.

The I-864 states this. >http://www.uscis.gov/i-864

Edition Date

03/22/13. No previous editions accepted.
