Who is petitioning for your uncle?

Me: Irish/ Swiss citizen, and now naturalised US citizen. Husband: USC; twin babies born Feb 08 in Ireland and a daughter in Feb 2010 in Arkansas who are all joint Irish/ USC. Did DCF (IR1) in 6 weeks via the Dublin, Ireland embassy and now living in Arkansas.

Well, first of all he won't be getting a 10 year greencard- if successful, he will get a immigration visa which will lead to a ten year greencard.

He needs to bring evidence of their lives together; joint bills, property in both their names, birth certs for kids with their names listed as mom and dad, photos of them together over the years etc.
