WOW they were fast this time round. Went in today in Michigan City, IN at 8am and was out by 8:30am. Only done 1 Finger print and took new picture, she said that was all I need as I was tier 2 (or something along those lines). Guess because I already hold a green card.

I wonder what "Tier 2" means.

I already have a green card, but had to do all my fingers and thumbs.

Not sure about that.

I'm curious to know if maybe your biometrics were still considered current so they didn't need them all again?

Hmm that's strange. My full Biometrics were done 2 years ago when applying for my conditional green card. Maybe they consider that still current.

The same as the people replying, then, so I guess it doesn't really factor in. In fact the only time this wasn't the same was when USCIS did an experiment and decided to waive Biometrics for a time (which resulted in people not getting the Biometrics letter (obviously) and thus not being able to track their case online. Not great). It didn't last very long.

Keep us posted.

There's that smell again...
