Do you guys know where my fiancee has to go to get the "Phieu Ly Lich Tu Phap so 2." From what ive read, everyone says to go to the department of justice, but what exactly is that place called in vietnamese? She lives in Hon Dat, Kien Giang. We think the place is called UY BAN NHAN DAN, but looking online, i also found this place

Hi incon3037r..Did your fiancee got PK3 ? My case I check it say ready on Saturday 03/21 and I dont know how long we will get the PK 3 from Embassy ...Thank you

I would wait about a week. If you don't get it by then, go to the website I listed below and enter all of the required information correctly. Then choose "I have not received my immigrant/fiancee visa instruction package" from the drop down menu. Once the consulate receives this, they should send you the Packet 3 instruction letter via email.
