I864 or i 864w

Hi everyone

I am a US citizen applying for my infant (10 months old ) i paid the AOS FEES and now i have to send AOS package but am confuse which form should i use i864 or i864w i ask the nvc but they lady i spoke with told me she cann't answer this question i don't know why ? so please help me if you know the answer / the other thing is that if i have to use i864 then am going to add my brother as a joint sponsor so in this case do i need to fill i864A

If the minor child will become a US citizen immediately upon entry under the Child Citizenship Act then you can use an I-864W, and should do so.

The NVC can not help you determine which form to use because the NVC can not give you legal advice.

File I-864w since your child will be a USC upon entering the U.S. on an immigrant visa to live with you.

Thank you hypnos and aaron2020 i will use the i864w . I ask the embassy and they told me the same answer but the i call the nvc again and one laddy told me it is not i864w but again she can not told me which exactly . Any way i will use i864w and will wait for nvc response . Just one more question my AOS package will be only i864w and my tax or i should send anthor documents

No other supporting documents are required when using an I-864W.
