I payed my AOS fee on Jan 16th,2015 on Jan 20th payment was accepted and my AOS status changed to paid. I didn't receive my IV fee till March 6th,2015. Before then, i called the NVC because i had already received my package to send the NVC my financial documents and my husband's supporting documents. The reason for my call was to ask even though i had payed the AOS fee and not the IV fee could i send all my required documents. NVC told me it was ok to send all documents while waiting for the IV fee invoice. They then processed my IV fee on March 5th,2015 and i received my invoice on March 6th, 2015. My suggestion, call the NVC and ask if your DS 261 (Choice of Agent) has been processed. Good luck and hope all goes well.

My situation is similar to yours... my AOS fee was processed Feb. 18th and I completed ds-261 Feb. 12th.

I actually just got off the phone with the NVC and had called them to see when my iv fee will be invoiced. The guy said that my ds-261 needs to be reviewed by them before iv fee is available... fortunately he reviewed my ds-261 with me over the phone and said that iv fee will be invoiced in 3-5 business days.

Try calling the NVC!

Very similar, they told me 3-5 business days as well, turned out to be next day. At times calling the NVC really helps, do not give up and call!

I paid AOS fee on 26th of February. I can't wait to pay the IV fee so I called NVC last night and the CS was able to review DS-261. He said I should wait 5-7 business days and I would receive an e-mail with the IV invoice.

I received the e-mail for IV invoice today but I cannot pay it online.

I would call NVC again and ask.
