Last Name on Marriage Certificate doesn't match wife's IDs

Hello,

Recently got married while living in Turkey and ready to apply for the paperwork except for one problem. In Turkey, the man's last name is automatically given to the woman, no exceptions. Our marriage certificate has both her maiden name and married name (i.e. husband's last name) on it. Her passport and all other IDs still have her maiden name and we want her visa/green card in her maiden name, so have used her maiden name on all other forms and documents for the i-130.

Is it a problem that the marriage certificate shows the husband's last name as her married name when all other documents are in her maiden name? Any help is greatly appreciated! :)

It is not an issue. marriage certificate with all names is important. If you want to keep maiden name on green card/visa, you can. It is not a problem. When you arrive in the US and you want to change to married name, you can file I-90 to replace green card or you can file I-751 if you are a conditional resident or you can file for citizenship.
