I-864 Income Help.

I am US citizen applying applying AOS for my wife. As we preparing all our documents, We got stuck at I-864 .

Do I need to show the income tax return for last 3 years?

if, Yes then, I filed taxes every year but 2012 my income was around $25k(above 125% poverty guidelines), 2013 was 19K(lived in US for 6 months and does not qualify for poverty guidelines) and 2014 I have income around 30K( qualifies-above 125% poverty guidelines), Do i qualify to sponsor to file I-864 for my wife or I need another sponsor or joint sponsor?

As I understand it, you have to note your income for the last three years but you only have to send the federal tax return proof for the most recent year.

Is it just you and your wife in the household, meaning a household of two? Then $20,000 and higher meets the NVC's treshold for a sponsor income, which means you do. Since your salary in 2013 was under the treshold, I would probably also send a letter from your employer that confirms your full-time permanent position and what your salary is. That proves continued salary for the future.
