Hello everyone,

I was a conditional green card holder dec2010-dec2012

Got immigrant visa dec 2010

I was already in between my study course while i got the conditional card , so all i did was got my card came back to home country for my exams,

Then Stayed in us from june 2011-jan 2012 and came back for my final exams but then when i came back to us in may 2012 iand my wife had issues between us and i came back to india without applying for removal of conditions

Me and wife stayed in contact and never divorced, but we resolved the issues last year and she again filed i130 for

Me

I have never stayed illegal in us. Do you think i will have any problems with my case?

Thanks
