Should have been. I blame the NRA completely.

I blame Obama and Holder for over blowing it and making a circus out of it, and I blame the District attorney for screwing up the charges. Should have been manslaughter and they would've gotten the conviction.

I guess I am far more mercurial than you.

Quite!

Trayvon Martin is marginal as well, there was nothing slam dunk there.

When a teenager armed with nothing but a sidewalk gets killed by a vigilante with a firearm and that's not murder, then Houston, we've got a problem. Not sure what about that murder wasn't slam dunk. The murderer got off solely on the technicalities of the stupid gunshine state statutes that allow people to murder just for feeling a little sceered.

I thought he got off, because a jury heard volumes of testimony and came to the conclusion he was not guilty.

While others proclaimed his guilt and had even measured him for an orange jump suit Hmmm
