DS-260, Need Help With a Few Sections

Hi All,

I've just received notification to complete my form DS-260. I didn't expect this to have so many questions and therefore ran into a few sections where I could use some help and advice.

Under the following section where it asks for educational details

Course of Study - Should I be entering the name of the course or the full course details? For ex: MSc International Management, Should I only enter International Management or the whole thing?

Degree, Diploma or Certificate Received - What needs to be answered here, are abbreviations accepted or is this a yes or no question? So based on the above example Should I be entering MSc or Master of Science (MSc)

Under the following section:

Do you have documentation to establish that you have received vaccinations in accordance with U.S. law? - Should I answer this as Yes because I would be taking the Medical Exam once I receive the appointment letter?

Under the section where it asks to enter all addresses lived, I encountered a few issues.

First, the form prompted that there were gaps of about a month, those were like temporary addresses like a friends place, I don't even think they live there anymore. I don't even know what those addresses are. What do I do to bridge the gaps?

Second, for one of the addresses where I lived, the house number is 15/1, but the system wont let me enter this because "/" is not acceptable. What do I do for this? Is there another way to write it??
