IV invoice

So I paid my AOS fee and completed DS 261. I called this morning to have the DS 261 review over the phone, so i can pay the IV fee. The customer rep told me that she couldn't review it over the phone , that it will take two weeks to review, and after It's been reviewed , it will generate the IV fee invoice for me to pay. Is this true? howcome some of applicants have theirs reviewed over the phone??? How long does it normally take for DS 261 to be reviewed? Your advice will be truly appreciate it.

It usually takes 30 days but I wait until 2 weeks had passed then I call. The rep reviewed it over the phone for me then 2 day later I saw that I could pay the IV fee

mine got reviewed and opened 24 hours later. the very next day.. I think its the rep you got.. you could call back to see if you get any luck or just wait the two weeks and call

If I go online ceac check my case my status say affivdant supporting fees n/a
