questions about fees, coversheets, etc. (split topic)

I had a question. I am the agent (petitioner) for the applicant. I received the nvc case number today. I completed the the DS-261 - Choice of agent form and also paid the AOS fee. But the website does not let me pay the IV fee yet. Do I have to wait until I can pay the IV fee? Also where and when can I find the AOS coverletter/barcode etc that i need to include while submitting the documents? Should I wait to get that until both my payments show it is paid?

As soon as you paid the AOS fee just wait for 2 days then try to call NVC sometimes the rep will review u r DS261 and unlock u r IV fee.then u can paid IV and complete u r DS260. ..Actually u can send both AOS and IV documents now so u r 60days will starts now... just print the AOS barcode sheet from CEAC site..it should be all the way down where u paid the AOS fee portal. ..make sure print 2 copies so u can use it for both packages ...Good luck :)
