How long until interview is scheduled (Kingston Embassy)?

Hey everyone, I received my case complete email on January 22, 2015 (IR-2 Visa). It's been over a month now and I still haven't received the follow-up email or phone call with the scheduled interview date.

I checked other Jamaicans' timeline and the average time for visa scheduling at KINGSTON is about 1 month, does anyone know what's happening/causing the delay at the KINGSTON embassy or NVC? I really need to leave for the US by May to be with my parents, but it may not be likely anymore. :clock:

Kingston is currently "backlogged" and interview dates are taking over a month to get. My case was completed 10th December 2014 and I got my p4 email the 9th of February 2015 for my March 23rd interview. So as u can see its taking some time but being that scheduling starts next week u just might get a April date.

Good luck!!
