Date mailed to Chicago Lockbox: 02/14/2015

Case received and transferred to NSC: 02/19/2015

If our package was sent to the Phoenix lock box and my husband is from California, do you have any idea why we got sent to Nebraska? Is it by random? I feel so discouraged :(

My case was received on February 27th. We are on third month waiting. Does anyone know if we will get approved soon? Or how long does it take for the NSC to process applications?
