Hi everyone,

So my mother, who is a PR, filled for my brother and sister ( under 21 ) last November ( F2A category). Mean while I had many changes in my life and kind of last track about the petition. I just recently just inquired with USCIS and I was informed via email that both the cases were approved. I have not received the paper work because I moved ( my mother stays with me) and I had not updated the address with USCIS. Now it seems that the case(s) have already been sent out to NVC but I haven't heard anything from them obviously because they do not have my correct address for the paper work and USCIS does not notify NVC once the case is already at NVC at the time of address approval.

I have been trying to reach NVC day and night for the past couple days with no luck. It just plays the recorded msg in english and spanish and then automatically disconnects. What should I do now?? I am really nervous because they should have assigned the file numbers already.

I have tried calling at 7 AM and at 11:30 PM with noluck . Can anyone help please ..Thanks
