please help with documents sending AOS n IV packages

Hello everyone,

Finally i have collected all the documents n ready to submit. Please let me know if im missing anything.

thank you

AOS package

- bar code page

- document cover sheet

- cover letter

- affidavit of support signed

- bank statement of one year jan 2014- jan 2015

- reciept of gold (22kt n 24kt)

IV package

- bar code page

- document cover sheet

- cover letter

- birth certificate of beneficiary

- marriage certificate

- copy of passport bio page

- 2 passport size pics with case number full name n date of birth on the back

- police certificate

Also written case number on all pages at the right hand top corne.

I will be sending both packages together in one envelope. Please help me if im missing anything. Im sending all my documents tomorrow.

I will also submit the iv application online today.

Where are your tax documents? Either copies of actual taxes with W-2 or tax transcripts are needed with AOS...at least that is my understanding.

if you didn't work are you sending joint sponsor?

You must meet the income guidelines to sponsor your spouse...

write a letter explaining why you weren't required to file taxes...

i would hold of sending the package until that document is received to prevent it getting lost or misfiled.

can you wait a bit longer?
