I am not arguing with them! I was just wondering why they needed it again! They only asked for a specific Form and that is the FORM I-864 A. That is the form for the joint sponsor and co-sponsor! There is no other form being asked other than that!

Instead of wasting time asking why, just get the documents in. They ask for what they ask for and we're stuck dealing with it. I experienced a similar situation with NVC saying something didn't match. I called in, they said it didn't match (it did) but there was no point arguing or escalating it because they aren't going to accept anything other than that which they have demanded. It is frustrating as heck but you don't have much choice other than to send it in.

Hello Honeyrain. I hope you can do your timeline. It helps a lot for others to your refer to your case and for future members to refer to as well. I think we have the same case. I wonder if you finally got your visa? If you wish to know whats happening on my case, view my timeline and underneath in the comments section I have there a more specific detail of whats happe ing to my case and what I have done so far. I got confused too because what the CO told me was different from what they really wanted. But i figured a way to know. I submitted my last 221g submission nov 12 (2 weeks ago) and my CEAC status imnediately change next day Nov 13. But today Nov 30, still has no change. We are really hoping soon we will have some good news.
