How to reschedule interview at US Embassy and how does it take?

My mom's brother did not have his medical exam done when he went for the interview, hence was turned away during his interview schedule. Does anybody know the guidelines on how to reschedule an interview with the embassy in Manila and also how long it took to have another interview? Should my uncle received a packet from the embassy? i don't recall he said receiving one. I hope he doesn't have to wait for months for another interview.

Did SLEC give him his medical results? If yes, he can call the US Embassy and schedule an interview.

Oh how long typically does it take for a rescheduled interview from the time he makes a call to the embassy? Mahalo

Its stated in the interview letter. The embassy doesn't send a packet.

It depends on the available interview slots.

I wouldn't worry too much about the interview date. Did they do the medical already? Coz for Philippines there's always that probability of undergoing the sputum culture.

No they have not done their medical exam yet. They left Manila for the province yesterday. I heard them saying one can drop in at saint luke hospital without an appointment. So they have to travel back to Manila for the exam. Then after exam they can make an appointment with the embassy so that is another trip to Manila.
