Relationship evidence at NVC phase? (split topic)

I thought the relationship evidence was sent with form i-130 and then next at the interview? Someone enlighten me

Whether or not to include relationship evidence at the NVC phase of the process is an individual choice. It depends on the individual circumstances of each case.

Now when we went through the process we were told all sorts of stuff ie. frontload, sideload, backload at NVC. We prayed and asked God and only submitted what they asked for. I talked to one of the NVC reps and he gave me a heads up a little before my emails were coming. he said that we would receive something soon so check you inbox in about a week. he said you will be asked to submit certain things and I can give you the info now. I told him that I had it and I plan to submit only what they ask for. He said I wish there were more like you, we always loose the got ones. He also told me that he has had to work harder with more hours this year {2014}, than all the 4 years he has been there. I am so thankful I only submitted what was needed and made sure that those things were neat and in order. My husband said it paid off. Now at USCIS we did submit Affidavits of bona fide marriage from several family members and friends. I am in the process of uploading our review.
