Hello Everyone,

I came here on a K1 Visa which my wife filed for me me in 2012.

I met her on facebook in 2010 and we were just talking casual things

and this turned romance. We were in love really.

She came to see me twice in Nigeria.

I came here in Oct 2012. We got married in Dec 2012. i have my Condition GC and it expires in Dec 2015. However

we have really been going through rough patches in our relation and i think we are finally hanging up our boots on

this marriage.

What happened is that i saw her having romantic relationship with guys on fb, that they even send her snapshots

of their genital. And several other guys that she was having romantic conversation with on fb. I confronted and she said their was

nothing wrong with that.

We fight argument almost every day. She smashed my laptop in presence of her mom and sister, broke the TV and smashed my plate of

food while i was eating.

She constantly tells me she is gonna make sure i go back to cave country and poverty. I really feel horrible our relationship has broken down to

this point cause her family loves me so much but she is a trouble maker she just doesn't want me to have a say in the relationship or anything that

has to do with our home. She just wants to boss me around and treat me like a mess.

I want to ask what chances do i have to remove the conditions on my GC.

Please i will really appreciate advise or comments

Thanks

Yes i did not call the police on the first occasion when this violent behavior started

and she smashed my Laptop on the floor. That is because her Mom told me not to, and that if i did they

may likely end up taking her to jail. I'd listen to her because she has been so good to me and

treat me like her own child, which i am really grateful for.

The second time when she broke the TV and smashed my plate of food i was eating i called the cops and they

asked who owned the TV and she said it was hers which is true, she said she broke the TV because she was tired of the infidelity issue i was talking about and didn't want to hear me anymore, of which she also told the cops she was talking to someone online but did not want me to say it to her anymore, they told us to settle the matter amicably.

Apparently she told me that she broke the TV because she didn't want me to watch that TV anymore cause it was hers and that

came to this country and i'm living the good life and i don't appreciate it.

your wife's choice of words is demeaning, ridiculous, slanderous, unacceptable, hateful and pompous.

Yes her family even told her to stop talking to me like that. I was actually schooling full time before moving here, but that progress was halted.
