~~moved to AOS from work, student, or tourist visa from IR1/CR1 process and procedure~~

On your G-325A YOU are the applicant

On his G-325a HE is the applicant.

You likely will neither have an A# yet. It stands for alien registration number. You can write none.

Do not leave any questions blank. Put n/a or none as appropriate. If you have never lived outside the USA or lived together (visiting does not count) then write none.

On both forms check "other" and write "I-130 petition" or "form I-130"

He doesn't currently work? or has never worked? write "unemployed" or "none" as appropriate

A# stands for alien registration number. You can write none but he should have one.

He currently works, but has never worked abroad.

For alien registration #, is that the same as the USCIS number?
