Hi.. I am under a k1 visa, we just got married last January 15, 2015. I am now starting to fill-up forms for my application for adjustment of status. I would like to ask if should I use my married name on filling up the forms or should I retain my maiden name? Thanks!

Married names in all the forms. You guys are already married so that will be your legal name from now on. Only put your maiden name when filling up "other names" used. Goodluck!

Thank you so much for the info. :)

You must also do a Report of Marriage Contracted Abroad to the Philippine Consulate in your area so you can renew your Phil. passport to married name.

Hi. May I ask if where exactly should I report our marriage? Do I need to renew my philippine passport to married name asap? Thank you so much :)
