I'm using i864ez as AOS but one question

It says to send me only the transcript of the most latest tax year im ok with it but below it says optional to send the tax transcript for two other years ,is that really optional or I need to send those too ? How do nvc deal with this?

My husband used the EZ form too and he sent the other 2 previous years. Better safe than sorry.

May 16, 2014 - Wedding Date

USCIS

July 13, 2014 - I-130 NOA1 receipt (Nebraska Service Center)

July 30, 2014 - I-130 approved-NOA2 (17 days from NOA1)

NVC

Sep 03, 2014- Case # & IIN received

Nov 13, 2014- Case Complete (9/14/14 & 10/14/14 ; AOS & IV scan date )

EMBASSY

Dec 03, 2014 - Received P4 letter ( interview on Jan 29, 2015 )

Feb 03, 2015 - Visa on hand ( Thank You Lord )

Really, it is so easy to request and receive the tax transcripts from the IRS. If you are on the site requesting one, click four more times and get all three. They come to your mail box in less than two weeks in separate envelopes. Probably the easiest thing I have had to with regards to getting this visa.

If a person is only working a year or only has 1 year that is above the poverty guidelines it would be better not to submit those years that do not help. JMHO

My situation is like

Last two years I have filed as HOH BECAUSE I have my parents living with me that time .i only work 10 month on 2013 coz I went to get married taking unpaid leave so I could only make around 27000 but in 2012 I made almost 36k and 2014 I made almost 46k . And this year im planning to file married filing separate putting NRA in the place of spouse SSN .how does this sound ?
