Hi everyone,i'm married to a us citizenp and i brought my daughter with me when he filed for k1 visa 4 years ago. He wants to adopt my daughter but i don't know where to file been searching but forwarding me to a family attorney which i know would cost a lot. Any info please? Thanks much!

I picked one of them totally at random, so have no idea if it is good or bad, but at least it can get you thinking about your options.

Can you clarify if you're asking about the actual adoption process or if you are asking about immigration for your daughter after adoption? What is your daughters current status? And what is your current status? Are you aamd your daughter currently permanent residents?

About actual adoption process, my daughter is a green card holder as well. My husband treat her like his own child since we met til we got married and he wants to adopt her for legality. Thanks much!
