Hello guys! Panic mode. My interview is this coming Tuesday and I just read that forms W2 and 1040 are required and I don't have them. I just told my fiancé - the petitioner to have them ready. How can he get those forms Asap? Does the embassy really ask for these forms? Please help. Thank you so much.

Sincerely,

Jula

Contact IRS via web. Find link to tax transcripts link. Use that to access your transcripts. You need 1 to 3 years. Download what you need free.

Yes you will have to submit tax info to embassy.
