Why does that matter where it comes from?

So we can guess when it will arrive.

Letters from MO to the north east part of the country may take up to 6 days to arrive.

My oath letter arrived today the 16th, it was mailed on the 14th from my local uscis field office and guess what just 4 days before oath ceremony day. if it was mailed from Mo it whould have probably arrived the same day as my naturalization ceremony.

So I should get mine tomorrow

My understanding is, when oath date is close " say from 1 week to less than that " either you get your oath in hand the day you take the interview or they send it to you from the local uscis office. If the oath date is within weeks " say 3 weeks or more" the letter is sent from the national benifits center " lee's summit MO"
