Questions about evidence

My ROC is coming up in a little over 6 months. I have a couple of questions as to how we can make our evidence as strong as possible. This is what we will have at the time of filing (my questions/concerns are typed in cursive):

  • two tax returns (2013 and 2014), filed jointly
  • drivers licenses showing our current address
  • proof of joint ownership of a piece of land we bought in Dec 2014 for our future primary residence
  • affidavit from my in-laws certifying that we have been living with them since 01/2013 (would USCIS prefer to see a rental contract? My in-laws would not mind typing one up, but is it really necessary, especially since we live with them rent-free?)
  • copy of two credit cards that I am an authorized user on (I am planning on only sending copies of the actual cards, showing our names and same CC numbers , as the credit card statements only have his name on them - ok/ not ok?)
  • checking and savings account statements with both names on them from April 2013-present
  • proof of joint ownership of one car
  • proof of joint car insurance
  • proof of joint health and dental insurance (including bills with both names on them)
  • husband's retirement account showing me as beneficiary
  • joint health POA
  • photos (how many should I send? I was thinking of about 15?)
  • one hotel receipt from our trip to Wyoming last year
  • we could include sworn affidavits from family members (necessary yes/no?)
  • I could have my life insurance from back in Germany translated showing him as beneficiary (necessary yes/no?)
  • several letters from throughout our marriage addressed to both of us at our current address

My concerns are that we obviously have no joint rental agreements or utility bills, since we live with his parents. Nor do we have any mortgages or loans, and quite honestly, we like being debt-free and don't want to change that for the sake of USCIS.

What do you all think? Is there anything I should add?

Thanks!!

What you have in your list is very strong. I wouldn't worry about not having a mortgage or any existing loans. You do own property together with the piece of land you purchased. You should be fine.
