Hello Everyone,

I hope eveyone is doing great!! I have a quick question about ROC. Sorry if it has been asked before. My question is what if when it comes to ROC we are not able to file due to personal problems and we go beyond the deadling to file ROC. Will he have to go back to his country or will we be able to file? Sorry if it might be to soon to think about it but i like to think ahead. our ROC is not till the end of the year.

If you do not file a timely RoC application then your conditional permanent resident status is terminated and, if detained by ICE, they would likely seek your deportation.
