Can i schedule my medical appointment without receiving email letter from embassy?

Hi everyone! Anybody here is a Filipino? I'm under K1-Visa. We just received a case number from NVC but I didn't receive yet an email letter from US Embassy in Manila. I just want to ask if can I schedule my medical appointment in St. Lukes clinic without receiving an email letter yet from embassy?

Yes you can.the letter from the embassy is not of help. So long as you have set an appointment from Slec online then you're good to go.

Requirement for completing the medical are having the NVC letter/email with your case number and/or the interview confirmation page/email/letter.

In the Philippines you can do ALL of that without CEAC showing anything, as long as you have your case file #. This is why posting requirements from different countries in regional forums can have a negative impact.

Hi Fenaul,

US immigrant Visa expiration date will be base on the issue date of your medical result.

So you need to think it through. You might not have enough time to prepare for everything.

I didn't have letter from the embassy and confirmation from NVC either, i just made 3 copies of the screenshot of ceac status tracker and they accepted that.

Thanks to God I passed the medical exam yesterday. Visa paid and i am ready to schedule my appointment interview at the embassy.
